Registration for ORIGINAL DEGREE CERTIFICATE opens few months before convocation. For DUPLICATE certificate, refer Systems » Examinations » Apply For » Duplicate Documents.

Non-Professional Degree certificate 1050.00
Postal Charges in absentia (within India) 210.00
Postal Charges in absentia (abroad) 1605.00
Search fee for degrees obtained in past
Up to 05 years NIL
Above 05 years 130.00 per year but not exceeding Rs.1320.00

Things that you need at hand before you start filling in the form

  • e-mail ID
  • Adequate application fee
  • Credit Card / Debit Card / Online Banking in case of candidate wishing to make non-cash transaction
  • Access to Printer to print application form, Chalan (in case of cash payment) once filled
  • Scan copy of Passport size Colour photograph of 3.5 x 3.5 cms (avoid white/ light background) with file size less than 100 kb in JPEG format having 80% coverage of face
  • Scan copy of Final year/semester marksheet in JPEG/ PDF format.
  • Scan copy of Internship completion certificate for MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BAMS & PGDG&MLT in JPEG/PDF format.
  • Scan copy of Bank Chalan in PDF format if paid by cash
